While our photography style is timeless, every year there are a few wedding trends we can totally get on board for. The year is not over yet but here are at 2022 wedding trends we love.
Jimmy Choo vs Loeffler Randall:
These two styles of luxury wedding shoes are different on many levels from style to wearability. However, where they are similar is that 85% of my weddings over the past year have had one or the other. Each come in may different colors and styles.

Colorful Bridesmaid Dresses:
Oh you know I am here for this one! What we are seeing and absolutely loving is colorful, mixed matched bridesmaid dresses that really let each girls personality shine.
Bonus points if they are floral patterned.
Champagne Towers:
I mean yes please! What is not to love? Are they easy to mess up? Sure, but the benefit is totally worth the risk in our opinion.
Whether you are planning a bit wedding or an intimate affair, a champagne tower adds a bit of fun to the evening and give our couples something more fun to do than just cut the cake.
Signature Cocktails:
It is no longer just beer, wine and classic mixed drinks at weddings. Couples are offering either their favorite drink or a drink the came up with that matches their wedding theme or destination.
Bonus points if you name them after your dog.
The little white party dress:
Wedding dresses are pretty but not known for their comfort. One of our favorite new wedding trends is the change into a little white party dress once the dancing starts.
The late night snack:
So all the traditions are over, the shoes are long gone and the cocktails have all been drank, what now? Don’t leave your guests hanging! Make sure to provide a delicious snack for them to enjoy as the get their dancing shoes ready for those final songs.
